Refunds

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Please do not send your purchase back to us.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@mothernaturesessentials.com. 

Shipping returns

Please do not return the product to us.  We will gladly replace or refund your purchase if you are not 100% satisfied with your product.
