It has been established that Vitamin E is a natural antioxidant and, therefore, an oxygen conservator. Not to get to tech ical but this means that Vitamin E prevents the oxidative processes of polyunsaturated fats, thus stopping the process which turns cells ‘‘rancid’’, leading to their hasty death. The cells’ death, of course, contributes significantly to our own demise since almost all disease begins at the molecular or cellular level, including the brain, heart, blood, skin, bones and just about every other constituent of that creature we call human. Recent studies show also that Vitamin E almost certainly plays a very important role in the ‘‘immune’’ as well as the ‘’autoimmune” processes.
Mother Nature’s Vitamin E is North American domestic raw material source and production. It is packaged in a certified kosher production facility.
This product is BPA Free, Sulfate Free, Pariben Free and majority derived from GMO-Free Organic sunflowers.Sunflowers are in the top 3 of the nut/seed family that contain the highest amount of vitamin e (d alpha tocopherol).
This is a full spectrum Natural Vitamin E, consisting of all 4 major natural Vitamin E homologues: d-alpha-, d-beta-, d-delta-, and d-gamma-tocopherol. Alpha-tocopherols contained in mixed tocopherols are RRR-d-tocopherol, widely considered to be the most effective form of Vitamin E.
It is suggested that the average adult should consume up to 600IU a day.
As a way for warning, this is raw and has not gone through a deodorized process therefore maintaining its purity so it smells like the good stuff – vitamin e oil.

I have been using this topically on some scars from burns as well as on my oldest’s Eczema & so far it is working well. It is a thicker vitamin E in comparison to other types I have used but it massages in nicely and I like the fact that it is a tad thicker so it isn’t as runny for application. The smell is typical of a less processed vitamin E but the health benefits of it being less processed makes that not such a big deal for me as I prefer it to be as close to nature as I can get. The bottles are decent sized, as it only takes a few drops depending on the use, & the dropper is good quality. It has also functioned well as a carrier oil when I have mixed essential lavender oil in with it to help calm. Overall this is a good product thus far. I will update if things change. I did receive this product for free but that has in no way influenced my review. I depend on honest reviews to buy the best products I can within my budget! I expected this Vit. E to be a topical use product but was pleased to learn that it can be ingested as well. I use these in my skin care products and my husband takes orally for extra Vit. E! I recommend this for anyone needing a good quality Vit. E oil.
Nice oil. Warms skin slightly after application, very pleasant. I use it in the evening after wiping my face. Under eyes and on my forehead. I have combo oily skin, and it seems to condition my face a bit. Feels weird on hands and washes of rather reluctantly. A good buy I believe.

The texture is thick as expected and the color is a deep reddish brown unlike most vitE I have used in the past. I love the moisture it provides and the taste is not bad at all

The oil is a deep amber color, and does not have a strong scent. Although there is information about suggested serving size on the bottle, it may also be used for topical applications.
We use this on super dry spots on our skin. One or 2 drops is all it takes and this just doesn’t cover up the issue but soaks in and heals the skin from the inside out. We have also used this on stubborn warts- it takes some time (a couple weeks) but this will kill and remove a watt with zero scaring. I really like it for cracked skin I get on my heels during the winter. We also use it on our dog pads to prevent issues when walking in winter (especially in salty areas)

Definitely the best and most potent vitamin E oil I have ever used.I do not use it orally, so I cannot comment on that, but use it topically. It gives me super silky soft skin and hair. Although vitamin E oil can sometimes have a weird fishy smell, this one does not.I make my own foaming hand soap at home and like to put a few drops of this into it. It’s great, with all the hand washing we’ve been doing since Covid began, our hands stay soft. My daughter has very dry, itchy eczema so I put a couple drops of this into her bath water and it helps so much.I’m loving this oil and will definitely be purchasing more. The bottle is a decent size and has lasted me awhile though.

I purchased this to use on surgical sight of my dog. It smelled a little like fish. It went on easily. Unfortunately it didn’t stay on long as my dog kept licking it. Except for the slight order I would recommend it for scar reduction.

I’ve been using this on my face for about 3 weeks now. I’m seeing significant fading in my acne scares and really moisturized skin when using it at night. I have a acne prone skin especially on my cheeks and this has helped with scarring so much! Also, use it on my lashes every now and then too but it is a little thick for lashes. I already have pretty long lashes but i think this is helping with shine for sure. Highly recommended

This is some thick stuff. It’s practically pure Vitamin E in an oil. It doesn’t take much to get a good dosage or rub it on your skin if you have some spots that need attention.

The dark glass will help protect the V-E oil so it doesn’t degrade. It needs to be kept in a cool cupboard so heat doesn’t make the oil go rancid faster. This is a medium consistency thickness and it does absorb into the skin after a few minutes. Works good on scars and chapped skin. Product seems of decent quality and packaging is great. Worked well for my chapped lips and hands. Good overall V-E oil.

I have no doubt that the Pure Vitamin E Oil by Mother Nature’s Essentials, Supports Natural Immune System, 10,500IU Vitamin E I ordered works well as a moisturizer.Unfortunately, it smells like fish. That means my skin smells like fish after using it. I tried tasting it since it said it was edible as well and yes, it tastes like fish too and left me with fish breath. This is the first vitamin E oil I have ever used or tried that had a fish smell/taste.I do not know if this product was spoiled or simply sourced from fish oil but it gets a hard no from me.
